Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is a lot better than the Samsung Galaxy S5's 80.8 score. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the previous 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is notably newer than Samsung Galaxy S5's, although it's a lot heavier and a little bit thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S5 features a better looking screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a way worse 1920 x 1080px resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater screen pixels density.
