Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy XCover 5's global score of 78.1. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S5 is way older than Galaxy XCover 5, it's body is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S5 has newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.
Galaxy S5 counts with a lot better screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot higher amount of pixels per display inch. The Galaxy S5 features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures, and they both have a 16 MP resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a lot better (4K) video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 counts with a bit superior battery duration than Galaxy S5, because it has a 3000mAh battery size against 2800mAh.
