The Xperia 1 II is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S5, with a global score of 91 against 80.8. The Xperia 1 II design is way newer and just a little thinner, but somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy S5. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS, but Xperia 1 II has older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 II, although it has a much smaller display, a way lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a little bit less pixels per inch in the screen.
