Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 has a global score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than the Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 score. Despite of the fact Galaxy S5 is extremely older and a little thicker than the Xperia XZ Premium, it's construction is still much lighter. The Galaxy S5 has a bit superior processing unit than Xperia XZ Premium, because although it has an inferior number of cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
Xperia XZ Premium has a little bit better looking display than Galaxy S5, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher pixel quantity in each screen inch and a much better 2160 x 3840 resolution. The Xperia XZ Premium features a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S5, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 256 GB.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a bit superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 3230mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. Xperia XZ Premium has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xperia XZ Premium also has a back facing camera with a higher resolution, a larger aperture to take better images and video in low-light situations and a larger camera sensor taking better quality videos and pictures.
