Galaxy S5 has a global score of 80.8, which is slightly better than the Xperia XZs's 77.2 global score. The Galaxy S5 construction has the same thickness than Xperia XZs, but it is lighter. Galaxy S5 counts with a bit superior CPU than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have 4 cores, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a graphics processor.
