Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a global score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's general score of 78.2. Samsung Galaxy S5 is an notably older device than the Xiaomi Poco M3, but it's extremely lighter and thinner anyway. Both devices in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has newer 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, giving you some extra features.
The Galaxy S5 counts with a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a really smaller display and a little bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a better display density. The Galaxy S5 features a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has lesser RAM memory and 4 less processing cores , it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S5, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco M3 features just a bit better camera than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a bigger diafragm aperture, a way bigger back camera sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels.
Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S5, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 2800mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Poco M3. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S5, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a couple specs and features.
