Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, getting a overall score of 80.8 against 78.2. The Galaxy S5 body is somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S5 has 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Redmi 9T has Android 10 version, counting with some nice extra features.
The Galaxy S5 has a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a lot smaller display and a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy S5 has a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has lesser cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S5, because it has a 114% larger battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T captures a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a back facing camera with much more MP, a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a larger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited situations.
