The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a general score of 91.5, which is much better than the Galaxy S5's 80.8 overall score. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has 12 version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer's construction is incredibly newer than Galaxy S5's, but it's noticeably heavier and just a little thicker.

Samsung Galaxy S5 has a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer counts with a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has a way bigger aperture, a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and a back facing camera with a much better resolution.
