Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, having an 80.8 score against 75.7. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy S5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. Despite of the fact Galaxy S5 is way older and just a little thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's construction is still much lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S5 has a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a really smaller display and a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a better amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Galaxy S5 features a very superior hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a much bigger back camera sensor, a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a bigger aperture.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
