Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is better than the Galaxy S5 mini's 71.4 global score. Samsung Galaxy Note 3's body is a bit thinner than the Galaxy S5 mini, but it's noticeably heavier and was released around 10 months before. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version while Galaxy S5 mini has Android 4.4 version, providing a couple additional features.
Galaxy Note 3 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy S5 mini, because it has a larger display, a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy S5 mini, because although it has a worse 600 megahertz graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and also faster).
The Galaxy Note 3 has a greater camera than Galaxy S5 mini, because it has a much higher (4K) video resolution and a much higher 13 megapixels resolution back facing camera. The Galaxy Note 3 has a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S5 mini, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 64 GB, the Galaxy Note 3 also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Note 3 has a very superior battery performance than Galaxy S5 mini, because it has a 52 percent bigger battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is also a bit cheaper, making this phone a very good choice.
