Samsung Galaxy S5 has a general score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo's score of 70.8. Samsung Galaxy S5 has the same thickness and weight than Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has an older 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo has Android 5.1.

Galaxy S5 features a quite superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the Galaxy S5 also has an additional graphics processing unit and a larger number of faster cores. The Galaxy S5 has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1920 x 1440px and a little bigger display.
