Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite has an overall score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S5 Plus's score of 78.1. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P40 Lite has older 10 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2. Huawei P40 Lite's body is noticeably newer than the Galaxy S5 Plus's, although it is extremely heavier and just a little thicker.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a much better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher screen density. The Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory and lesser processing cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Huawei P40 Lite features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage. Huawei P40 Lite captures much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a bigger aperture, a much higher 48 megapixels resolution back camera and a much larger sensor which provides a way better image and video quality.
