Comparison review

The LG V10 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Plus, having a global score of 78.6 against 78.1. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the LG V10 has newer 5.1 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2. The LG V10 body is newer than the Galaxy S5 Plus's, but it is just a bit thicker and heavier.

The LG V10 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a just a little better screen pixels density, a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit bigger display. LG V10 features a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 48 GB more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Galaxy S5 Plus has a faster processor than LG V10, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor and a larger number of cores (and also faster). LG V10 takes clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same video resolution, a 16 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 0.38 inches sensor, the LG V10 also has faster video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture.

LG V10 features just a little better battery duration than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 7% bigger battery size.

Although LG V10 is a better device, it costs a bit more than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus. If you want to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
