Comparison review

The LG Velvet is much better than Galaxy S5 Plus, having an 87.1 score against 78.1. The LG Velvet construction is a lot newer and just a little thinner than Galaxy S5 Plus's, but it is somewhat heavier. The LG Velvet and Galaxy S5 Plus have quite similar CPUs, because although the LG Velvet has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores (although slower) and a larger amount of RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a more vivid display than LG Velvet, because although it has a much smaller screen and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little better display pixel density. The LG Velvet has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the LG Velvet also has a larger aperture, a way larger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality photographs and videos and a way higher 48 megapixels resolution camera.

LG Velvet features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG Velvet has a much longer battery life than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 4300mAh battery size.

LG Velvet costs a bit more money than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
