Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy M12 is slightly better than Galaxy S5 Plus, having an 80 score against 78.1. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M12 has an older 10 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version. Samsung Galaxy M12 is a a lot newer phone than Galaxy S5 Plus, although it is somewhat thicker and much heavier.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features a much better looking screen than Galaxy M12, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a way greater screen pixels density. The Galaxy M12 features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB and 48 GB more internal storage.

Galaxy S5 Plus has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU. Galaxy M12 counts with a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 114 percent greater battery capacity.

The Galaxy M12 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy M12 also has a larger aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited environments and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
