Galaxy Note7 is slightly better than Galaxy S5 Plus, getting a 79.5 score against 78.1. The Galaxy Note7 body is a lot newer and a little bit thinner, but heavier than Galaxy S5 Plus. Galaxy S5 Plus features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Note7, although it has a just a little worse display density, a bit smaller screen and a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Note7 features a much greater memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 256 GB and 48 GB more internal storage.

The Galaxy S5 Plus captures slightly better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note7, because although it has a tinier sensor giving a lower image quality and a much smaller aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a lot better resolution camera.
