Comparison review
IPhone 14 Plus is much better than the Galaxy S5 Sport, having a general score of 92.2 against 77.8. The iPhone 14 Plus has iOS 16.x OS, while Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2 OS. IPhone 14 Plus's design is a lot newer and somewhat thinner, but also noticeably heavier than the Galaxy S5 Sport. The iPhone 14 Plus has a better performing processing unit than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory, 2 more cpu cores and a 64-bit processor.
The Galaxy S5 Sport has a little bit better looking display than Apple iPhone 14 Plus, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, a lot smaller display and a little bit less pixels per inch of screen. IPhone 14 Plus has a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage capacity.
Apple iPhone 14 Plus features a much better battery life than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 4325mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. IPhone 14 Plus features a slightly better camera than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a back camera with a lot worse 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a lot larger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low-light situations.
Although iPhone 14 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
