Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a bit better than Galaxy S5 Sport, having an 82.9 score against 77.8. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a newer and just a little thinner cellphone than the Galaxy S5 Sport, but it's somewhat heavier. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
The Galaxy S5 Sport features a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, although it has a just a little worse display pixel density, a really smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px. Huawei Mate 20 Pro shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a way larger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality, a back facing camera with a way higher resolution and a bigger aperture to take better captures in low-light situations.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S5 Sport, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S5 Sport. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S5 Sport, resigning a couple specifications.
