Comparison review
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a global score of 80.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Sport's 77.8 overall score. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Motorola Moto G9 Plus has an older 10 version and Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2. Motorola Moto G9 Plus's construction is incredibly newer, but a little thicker and extremely heavier than the Galaxy S5 Sport.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has a bit more powerful processing unit than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a GPU. Galaxy S5 Sport counts with a more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel density.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus counts with a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has 112 GB more internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that supports up to 512 GB. Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Moto G9 Plus features a way better camera than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Moto G9 Plus also has a back facing camera with much more MP, a larger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low-light environments and a way bigger sensor capturing way better quality videos and photos.
