The Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is much better than the Galaxy S5 Sport's 77.8 global score. Even though the Galaxy S20 is a bit heavier than Galaxy S5 Sport, it's somewhat thinner and also much newer. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has the previous 13 version and Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2 version.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and 10 GB more RAM. The Galaxy S5 Sport counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a little inferior amount of pixels per display inch and a little bit smaller display.
The Galaxy S20 takes better pictures and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has a camera in the back with a lot lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to take better captures and video in low-light situations, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a much larger camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality.
Galaxy S20 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has 112 GB more internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 counts with a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 2800mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S5 Sport, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S5 Sport. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S5 Sport, giving up a couple specs and features.
