Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active has a global score of 80.9, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S5 Sport's score of 77.8. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 Active has a more recent 5.0 version while Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also has a higher amount of pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has just a little better performance than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 64-bits processor, a larger amount of RAM, a larger number of cores and a faster 650 megahertz GPU.
The Galaxy S5 Sport has a bigger storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, although it has only 16 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos and video, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same resolution back camera, the same video frame rates and a same size back camera sensor.
Galaxy S6 Active features longer battery duration than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery capacity.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S6 Active is also very cheap compared to the other devices, making it an obvious call.
