Galaxy S6 is much better than Galaxy S5 Sport, getting a general score of 87.4 against 77.8. Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 has a more recent 5.0 version while Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2 version, providing lots of additional features and increased performance. The Galaxy S6 design is newer, lighter and incredibly thinner than the Galaxy S5 Sport.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a greater number of cores (although slower), a 64 bits processor, more RAM and a much better graphics processing unit running at 650 MHz.
