Galaxy XCover 5 has a score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S5 Sport's 77.8 score. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy XCover 5 has older 11 version while Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2. The Galaxy XCover 5 design is incredibly newer, but a little bit heavier and just a little thicker than the Galaxy S5 Sport.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The Galaxy XCover 5 features a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
Galaxy S5 Sport has a little faster CPU than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has less RAM memory and lesser CPU cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Galaxy S5 Sport takes slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for capturing pictures or video in low-light environments, and they both have a 16 mega-pixels camera in the back, the Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with a lot better video resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 features a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 7 percent larger battery size.
