Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, getting a score of 81.1 against 77.8. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, but they have the same thickness.
Galaxy S5 Sport features a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher pixel density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy S5 Sport and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro both have really similar processing units, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and 4 more CPU cores (although they are slower). Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a way better camera than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a bigger aperture, a lot bigger sensor which provides a lot better photo and video quality and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a superior battery duration than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 79% bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is also cheaper, making it a simple decision.
