Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.3, which is a little bit better than Huawei P40's 86.4 overall score. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S6 is incredibly older than the Huawei P40, it's design is noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has the older 5.0 version while Huawei P40 has Android 10.
The Galaxy S6 has a better looking display than Huawei P40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen density and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. Huawei P40 counts with as much memory capacity for apps and games as Galaxy S6, they have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S6 features a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P40, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64 bits processor. The Huawei P40 captures way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.9 aperture, the Huawei P40 also has a much larger sensor providing a much better image quality, higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a back-facing camera with a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution.
Huawei P40 features a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity against 2550mAh.
The Galaxy S6 costs a bit more than Huawei P40, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
