Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.3, which is a bit better than Huawei P40 Lite's general score of 79.5. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S6 has older 5.0 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version. Galaxy S6's construction is way thinner and extremely lighter than the Huawei P40 Lite, despite of the fact that it was released 5 years before.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit CPU. Galaxy S6 features an incredibly better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a higher pixel quantity in each inch in the screen.
Huawei P40 Lite has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a much larger sensor shooting way better quality videos and pictures, a camera in the back with much more megapixels and a larger aperture.
Huawei P40 Lite's memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to the Galaxy S6 one, both have equal internal storage capacity. The Huawei P40 Lite has a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 65% more battery size.
Samsung Galaxy S6 is a bit more expensive than Huawei P40 Lite, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
