Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S6's score of 83.5. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 has a more recent 10 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Huawei P40's body is noticeably newer than Samsung Galaxy S6's, although it's a lot heavier and thicker.

Galaxy S6 features a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei P40, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a graphics processor and a 64 bits CPU.
The Huawei P40 counts with much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S6, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei P40 features a lot better camera than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 also has a back facing camera with a way higher 50 megapixels resolution, better video frame rates and a much bigger sensor.
