Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has a score of 83.5, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's overall score of 81.7. Both phones in this review use the same Android 5.0 operating system, so both of them should provide all the same operating system features. Although the Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge were released only a couple of months apart, the Galaxy S6 is somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter.
The Galaxy S6 has a bit superior CPU than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy S6 also has a greater number of cores (but slower), a better graphics co-processor working at 650 MHz and a 64-bits processor. The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with just a bit better screen than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a quite better pixels amount per screen inch.
Galaxy Note Edge features a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Note Edge features a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has an 18% larger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 16 mega pixels, the same video quality, a 0.38 inches camera sensor and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a bigger camera aperture.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 costs a bit more money than Galaxy Note Edge, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
