Comparison review
Galaxy S6 has an overall score of 83.5, which is a bit better than the Sony Xperia Z4v's score of 78.8. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy S6 has the previous 5.0 version and Sony Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1. The Galaxy S6 construction is notably thinner and lighter than Sony Xperia Z4v, even when both of them were only released 2 months apart.
The Galaxy S6 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Z4v, and although they both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy S6 also has a faster 650 megahertz graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processor. Galaxy S6 counts with a bit sharper screen than Sony Xperia Z4v, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a little higher screen density.
The Xperia Z4v features a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia Z4v also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB. Sony Xperia Z4v features just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.
The Xperia Z4v counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy S6, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing images and video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a much better resolution camera in the back and a larger sensor capturing better quality photographs and videos.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 costs a bit more than the Xperia Z4v, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
