Comparison review
Google Pixel 4a is a bit better than Galaxy S6 Active, with an 82.9 score against 80.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Google Pixel 4a has a newer 11 version and Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0 version, so it offers a couple additional features and performance optimizations. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a better looking screen than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixels density.
Galaxy S6 Active has a little better performance than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and an extra graphics co-processor. The Google Pixel 4a counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Galaxy S6 Active has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4a, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity. The Google Pixel 4a shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a lower (4K) video quality and a camera with a way lower resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture and a bigger sensor which gives a better image and video quality.
Although Google Pixel 4a is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S6 Active. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy S6 Active, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
