Comparison review
Huawei Mate X has a global score of 89.4, which is much better than the Galaxy S6 Active's 80.9 global score. Both devices we are comparing have Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0, providing a couple additional features. Galaxy S6 Active has a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate X, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processing unit.
Galaxy S6 Active has a better screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a much smaller screen and a little lower 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a higher pixel quantity in each inch of display. The Huawei Mate X has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate X counts with better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 29 percent bigger battery capacity. The Huawei Mate X captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light captures, a back camera with a way better 40 megapixels resolution and a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S6 Active.
