Comparison review
The LG V35 ThinQ is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, with a overall score of 81.3 against 80.9. Galaxy S6 Active features just a little better processing power than LG V35 ThinQ, because although it has 3 GB less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64-bits processor.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a brighter screen than LG V35 ThinQ, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixels amount per inch in the display. The LG V35 ThinQ shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing worse quality pictures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a camera with a 16 mega pixels resolution and the same video frame rate, the LG V35 ThinQ also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light photography.
LG V35 ThinQ has a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 32 GB more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a bit better battery life than LG V35 ThinQ, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although LG V35 ThinQ is a better device, it costs a bit more than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S6 Active. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Active, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
