Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Active is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A6, having an 80.9 score against 75.8. The Galaxy S6 Active is a lighter but thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy A6. The Galaxy S6 Active has a much more vibrant screen than Galaxy A6, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixel amount per display inch and a much better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy A6 features much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active. Both of them have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S6 Active counts with a more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy A6, and although they both have 8 processing cores and a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy S6 Active also has a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit CPU.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a little better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a 17% bigger battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy A6 has a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the same video frame rate and a back camera with a 16 megapixels, the Samsung Galaxy A6 also counts with a bigger aperture for better low light captures and video.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A6. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Galaxy A6, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
