Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is much better than the Galaxy S6 Active, having a 90.8 score against 80.9. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has 11 version while Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0. The Galaxy S6 Active features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and more pixels per screen inch.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE counts with a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy S6 Active features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a graphics co-processor.

So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S6 Active, resigning a couple specs and features.
