The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, getting a global score of 98 against 80.9. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a notably heavier device than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, but they are equally thin. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0 version, giving a couple additional features and enhanced performance.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active features a more vivid display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit lower 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels in each inch in the display. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution, a larger diafragm aperture, a way bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a way better battery performance than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 43% more battery size.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S6 Active. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S6 Active, giving up a couple features and specs.
