These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 Active has a more recent 5.0 version while Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy S6 Active counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a faster graphics processing unit working at 650 megahertz, more cores (although they are slower), a larger amount of RAM memory and a 64-bits processing unit.
