Comparison review
Galaxy XCover Pro is just a bit better than the Galaxy S6 Active, with a score of 81 against 80.9. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but Galaxy XCover Pro has the newer 11 version and Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0. Galaxy S6 Active features just a little better performance than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with an extra graphics co-processor and a 64 bits processor.
Galaxy S6 Active counts with a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440px resolution and a higher display density. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features much more memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 64 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy XCover Pro has improved battery performance than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a way tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a way lower image quality, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a bigger aperture and a back facing camera with a lot better 25 megapixels resolution.
Although Galaxy XCover Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S6 Active. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Galaxy S6 Active, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
