Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, getting a overall score of 81.1 against 80.9. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a newer 10 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, but it is incredibly heavier.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better number of pixels per display inch. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 64 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has 3 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 43% larger battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro captures a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and although they both have a F1.9 aperture, the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a back facing camera with much more MP and a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
