Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 is much better than the HTC One M9, getting an 87.4 score against 77.7. The Galaxy S6 construction is much thinner and somewhat lighter than HTC One M9, even when they were only released 1 months apart. Both phones in our current comparison work with the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System).
The Galaxy S6 has a little bit better hardware performance than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same number of cores, a 64-bit CPU and the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy S6 also has a much better GPU working at 650 megahertz. Galaxy S6 features a slightly better looking display than HTC One M9, because it has a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution, more pixels per inch of display and a bit larger screen.
The HTC One M9 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting images or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the HTC One M9 also counts with a bigger camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality and a more MP back camera.
The Galaxy S6 has a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The HTC One M9 has a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 2840mAh battery capacity instead of 2550mAh.
The Galaxy S6 costs a lot more than HTC One M9, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
