Samsung Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.4, which is just a bit better than LG Velvet's overall score of 87.1. The Samsung Galaxy S6 is an noticeably older device than LG Velvet, but it's somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter anyway. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features just a bit better processing power than LG Velvet, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processor and a GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a way better looking display than LG Velvet, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a greater screen pixels density. The LG Velvet has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the LG Velvet also has a larger camera aperture to take better photos in low light environments, a much larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a lot higher 48 MP resolution.
LG Velvet features a really longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, Samsung Galaxy S6 is also cheaper than the LG Velvet.
