Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.4, which is better than Galaxy A8 (2018)'s 79.2 overall score. Even though Galaxy S6 is a lot older than the Galaxy A8 (2018), it's design is somewhat lighter and thinner. Galaxy S6 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixels density.
The Galaxy S6 counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a GPU and a 64-bits processor. The Galaxy A8 (2018) features slightly more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
