Samsung Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.4, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Note3's general score of 77.7. These phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 has newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy S6 is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note3.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a way better screen than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and more pixels per inch of display.
