Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.4, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Note8's 83 global score. Samsung Galaxy S6's design is thinner and notably lighter than Galaxy Note8, even though it was released 3 years before. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S6 has an older 5.0 version and Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a better screen than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a quite better screen pixel density. Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a slightly better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.

The Galaxy S6 features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional graphics co-processor. Galaxy S6 captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and videos and a smaller sensor taking lower quality photos, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more MP.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 features superior battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.

Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
