Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.4, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5's 80.8 overall score. Both phones we are comparing here use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides you a couple additional features and a performance increase. Samsung Galaxy S6 is a newer cellphone, and it's also thinner and just a little bit lighter than Galaxy S5.
Galaxy S6 has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have a screen of the same size and a better pixel quantity per inch in the display, the Galaxy S6 also has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440. Galaxy S6 counts with much more storage for games and applications than Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy S6 features a bit better processor than Galaxy S5, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy S6 also has a 64 bits processor, 4 more cores and a better graphics processor running at 650 megahertz. The Galaxy S5 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 2800mAh of battery capacity against 2550mAh.
Galaxy S5's camera is very similar to Samsung Galaxy S6's camera, and although the Galaxy S5 has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking photographs and/or video in low-light environments, they both have a 0.38 inches camera sensor, a 16 MP back facing camera, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Galaxy S6 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
