Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.4, which is better than the Galaxy S7 edge's global score of 78.1. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 has the older 5.0 version while Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Galaxy S6 is an older phone than the Galaxy S7 edge, but Samsung was able to make it lighter and a little bit thinner.
Samsung Galaxy S6 features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a bit greater display density. The Galaxy S6 features a greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy S6 has a more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor, a 64 bits processing unit and a greater number of cores (although slower). The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 41% more battery capacity.
