Comparison review
Xperia 1 II is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6, getting a 91 score against 87.4. The Xperia 1 II construction is a lot newer, but thicker and way heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S6. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Xperia 1 II has a newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version, so it offers some nice extra features and a performance increase.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a bit faster processing unit than Xperia 1 II, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processor and a graphics co-processor. The Galaxy S6 counts with a bit better looking display than Sony Xperia 1 II, although it has a bit less pixels per display inch, a lot smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Sony Xperia 1 II shoots slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a way less megapixels resolution camera in the back and a lower (4K) video definition, it also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a larger camera aperture.
Xperia 1 II has a much better memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Xperia 1 II features a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
