Xperia PRO-I is much better than the Galaxy S6, having a 96.3 score against 87.4. Although the Xperia PRO-I is noticeably newer than the Galaxy S6, it's extremely heavier and noticeably thicker. These phones have Android operating system, but the Xperia PRO-I has the newer 11 version and Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0.
Galaxy S6 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia PRO-I, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional GPU and a 64 bits processing unit. The Galaxy S6 features just a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia PRO-I, although it has a much lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen and a lot smaller display.
Sony Xperia PRO-I shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photography and videos, a tinier camera sensor providing a lower image quality and a lot less megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
The Sony Xperia PRO-I counts with a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6, because it has 384 GB more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1 TB. The Sony Xperia PRO-I has a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 76% larger battery capacity.
