Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has an overall score of 87.4, which is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 overall score. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version. The Galaxy S6 is an incredibly older phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but it is extremely thinner and notably lighter anyway.
Galaxy S6 has a way better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better number of pixels per display inch. Galaxy S6 has a better processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 processing cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy S6 also has an additional graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot more MP back facing camera, a larger aperture for better captures and video in low-light situations and a lot larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
Galaxy S6 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a very superior battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has a 97 percent bigger battery size.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is also a bit cheaper, which makes it an easy decision.
