Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a global score of 85.7, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel's general score of 80.2. Galaxy S6 Edge's construction is somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than the Google Pixel, despite of the fact that it was released just 19 months before. Galaxy S6 Edge features a much sharper display than Google Pixel, because it has a little bigger screen, a higher pixels density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a better performing CPU than Google Pixel, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU, a larger number of cores and a graphics processing unit. The Google Pixel takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a smaller aperture and a way lower 12.3 megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a larger sensor capturing better quality videos and photographs.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and the Google Pixel count with very similar memory for applications and games, both have the same 128 GB internal memory. Google Pixel features a little longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 2770mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Pixel, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
