Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than the HTC One M9, with an 85.7 score against 77.7. These phones have the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System). Even though Galaxy S6 Edge and the HTC One M9 were released only 1 months apart, Galaxy S6 Edge is somewhat lighter and noticeably thinner. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a little better hardware performance than HTC One M9, and although they both have a 64 bits CPU, a Octa-Core CPU and 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also has a faster graphics processing unit.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a little bit better looking screen than HTC One M9, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a little bigger screen. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a much better memory capacity for applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory.
HTC One M9 features a better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the HTC One M9 also counts with a larger sensor which offers a better image and video quality and a back facing camera with more mega-pixels.
HTC One M9 counts with just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 9 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC One M9, resigning some specs and features.
